• Authorized Payment Channels:
  Payments and subscriptions for our services are accepted only through our official TheGymFaction mobile app. Any other platform, link, or message claiming to process payments on behalf of TheGymFaction is unauthorized and should be considered fraudulent.

  - Always verify that you are using our official TheGymFaction app, downloaded only from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, before making a payment.

  - We will never ask you to complete a purchase outside of the app.
  
  

• Fraudulent Pages or Messages:

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (App Store In-App Purchase)
If you subscribe using In-App Purchase, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Account Settings in the App Store.



• Subscriptions Purchased Directly
  If you subscribe directly through TheGymFaction outside of In-App Purchase, your subscription does not automatically renew. At the end of the subscription period, access to premium features will expire unless you purchase a new plan. You will not be charged automatically for renewal, and it is your responsibility to re-subscribe if you wish to continue using premium features.
  
  

Refund Policy

Purchases made through In-App Purchase are billed and managed by Apple. Refund requests for these purchases must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple ID account's purchase history and are subject to Apple's own refund policies — TheGymFaction has no ability to process or guarantee these refunds.

For subscriptions purchased directly through TheGymFaction, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees once a payment has been processed, regardless of how much of the subscription period has been used.

We encourage all users to make full use of the 1-Day Free Trial to evaluate the app and its features before committing to a paid subscription.

Step Tracking & Data Sync

Our app uses your phone’s built-in motion sensors to count your daily steps. This data is stored locally and synced once a day to help track your fitness progress. We do not collect GPS/location or sensitive health data.

• Permissions Used: Physical Activity Recognition— to detect step count using motion sensors.

We do not access or collect sensitive health data or personal identifiers. The step count is used only within the app to help you track your daily activity.
